Our story

The dream of Elder Damasceno

Ponta Negra Paradise House was built entirely by my father, Elder Damasceno, a civil engineer born in Brasília and trained in Rio de Janeiro. Living in Natal, close to the beach, was the dream of his life, and he lived here from 1997 until 2024.

It took 9 years of construction for the dream to come true. He built the house in person, designed everything in it and put all his engineering knowledge into it, with details meant to make the family happy.

Sharing the house with other people was also one of his dreams: that everyone could enjoy, and rejoice in, the panoramic view of the whole bay of Ponta Negra beach.

My father passed away in 2024, leaving us missing him dearly and wanting to keep his dream alive: seeing people happy in this place.

1st floor
Garage for 2 small cars with electric gates, and a suite with a double bed, air conditioning and private bathroom.

2nd floor
American kitchen opening into a large dining and living room with Smart TV, a big balcony with hammocks, sun deck, cosy lounge with a wooden bar, office, powder room and laundry area with washing machine.

3rd floor
Master suite with walk-in closet, whirlpool bath and a private balcony with sea views, a guest room with a double bed, two rooms with two single beds and a balcony with hammock, and a shared bathroom with a whirlpool bath.

Terrace
Panoramic gourmet terrace with a lit plunge pool, wooden deck, barbecue with a prep sink, tables, chairs and views of Morro do Careca and the whole bay.
