Choose your dates on the calendar: crossed-out days are already booked on Airbnb, and the minimum stay is 3 nights. Then send your enquiry: WhatsApp opens with the message ready, with the dates, the number of guests and the price estimate.

Are the calendar prices final?
They are reference prices per night, excluding the cleaning fee and electricity and water use. The host confirms the final price.
What if I need to cancel a direct booking?
With 60 days or more notice, the refund is 80% (or a 90% credit). Between 59 and 30 days, 50% (or a 70% credit). Between 29 and 15 days, a 50% credit. With less than 15 days, there is no refund or credit.
Can I book through Airbnb, Vrbo or Expedia?
Yes. In that case the platform’s rules apply. Prices may vary between platforms because each one has its own percentage of fees and taxes.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 3 nights and, for New Year’s Eve, Carnatal and Carnival, 4 nights. Check-out is until 2 pm, and check-in is flexible, arranged according to availability.
