How the house sleeps your group
The 7 beds (3 double and 4 single) sleep 10 guests. To reach the maximum capacity of 18, the others sleep on mattresses identical to the ones on the beds.

Ground rules for groups
- Parties and events are not allowed, unless the host gives prior permission.
- Visitors only with permission, and never more than 30 people in the house at once.
- Minimum stay of 3 nights, with flexible check-in and check-out until 2 pm.
- Electricity and water are metered at check-in and check-out and charged separately, as set out in the agreement.
