For a pleasant stay for everyone

The rules below summarise the rental agreement, which is sent to the guest before arrival.

Capacity: Up to 18 guests. Visitors only with the host’s permission, and never more than 30 people in the house at once.
Times: Flexible check-in, arranged according to availability. Check-out until 2 pm.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Parties and events: Not allowed, unless the host gives prior written permission. Please respect the neighbours’ quiet.
Smoking: Outdoor areas only. Balconies do not count as outdoor areas.
Pets: Only with the host’s prior permission.
Pool and leisure: Follow the safety instructions and do not handle the pool pump, drain or chemicals.
Restricted areas: The storeroom, utility room and technical equipment are not for guest use.
Security: The house has electronic locks and cameras only in outdoor areas and restricted indoor areas, as stated in the agreement.
Electricity and water: Consumption is metered at check-in and check-out and charged separately, as set out in the agreement.
Cleaning: You do not need to do a full clean before leaving. The cleaning fee is stated when you book.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 3 nights and, for New Year’s Eve, Carnatal and Carnival, 4 nights.

Can the house sleep 18 people?

Yes. Ten guests sleep in beds (3 double and 4 single) and the others sleep on mattresses identical to the ones on the beds.

How does check-in work?

Entry is by electronic lock (self check-in). We agree on a time according to availability and send instructions before you arrive.

Is there parking?

Yes, a garage for 2 small, low cars.

Are bed linen and towels included?

Yes, basic linen comes with the booking. Extra kits can be requested before arrival.

Are children welcome?

Yes. The house has a playroom. Please mind the steep street and the pool, with adults always supervising.

Can I bring my pet?

Only with the host’s prior permission. Please ask before booking.

How do I pay and confirm my booking?

For direct bookings, confirmation depends on the payment terms agreed on WhatsApp. Airbnb bookings follow the platform’s rules.
